Administrate is proud to announce that we’ve been awarded as one of the Top Ten Tech Startups in Montana!
We’re grateful and humbled by Tech Tribune’s recognition of the training management software we’ve built. But, because we deeply believe in our product and in the teams we serve, we’ve got to say: this won’t be the last time the industry takes notice. We continue to invest in innovative product development to meet the increasingly complex demands of training teams, and we’re excited about what’s ahead.
You see, we’re a bit different as a training software solution. Here’s what we mean.
What Makes Administrate Different as a Training Software
1. We’re an ecosystem platform, built to integrate with your business and existing software
At Administrate, we have a vision that challenges us to establish our training management system as the hub for building out a training team’s holistic learning technology ecosystem. Our training software is built with learning and development teams in mind.
You can integrate your critical learning tech in one place, maximize your training resources and courses, and build learning initiatives that are directly aligned with your organization’s business outcomes.
2. We’re configurable, not ‘off-the-shelf’
Business flexibility is a pretty hot topic right now. Change happens. When it does, training is at the forefront of an organization’s adaptability because training excels in answering questions like:
- Can we scale quickly enough to meet rapid business changes?
- How do we prepare our employees with the skills they need to manage change?
In order to answer these questions, training teams need software built to adapt to the future they can’t see. For us, future-proofed training software looks different than the mainstream options. Our software is not limited by an off-the-shelf grab, it’s not pre-scripted, and training teams aren’t forced to work within the boundaries of what our software provides.
3. We’re a partner, not just a vendor
Administrate is driven to bring a human approach to software design, delivery, and use. You’re not going to find this approach among our so-called competitors. When you buy an off-the-shelf (read: not configurable) platform, you’re going to get shelf-worthy “support.” Not us, however. You’ll know names and faces from the first day of implementation, and throughout your entire user journey with Administrate.
What’s Next?
As we said, we’re not done creating solutions for enterprise training – not by a long shot. If you’d like to get a preview on what we’re working on already in 2021, check out this blog post on 3 Enterprise Training Trends: What Administrate Is Doing to Tackle Them.
