The initial call is to help us understand the challenges you seek to solve. We’ll be upfront about whether we’re a good fit or whether you should explore other paths. The goal of this first call is to get both sides enough information to determine how to make the most efficient use of a second call should there be one.

We will ask about the types of class you run, your planning process, the process you’ve built over the years, and what you’d like to solve. The questions aren’t tricky, but will help us envision if and how Administrate could be of use to you and how we can get everyone what they need to know in order to make the right decision.

Nothing you probably don’t know like the back of your hand. The more information about your training capabilities and the current challenges you’re confronting, the better. The more you share, the more helpful we can be to you and your team on the demo.

No, but it’s not because we want to waste your time. It’s actually to save time in the long run. Many people still aren’t clear on the difference between a Training Management System (instructor-led learning) and a Learning Management System (eLearning).
