Overview
Administrate provides a standard PDF evaluation form for courses. This PDF includes a predefined set of questions and can be attached to student communications or printed directly from the system.
The PDF is static. Learners cannot complete or submit responses digitally within the file. It must be printed to be completed.
Requirements and limitations
The layout and design of the PDF cannot be customized. However, you can request changes to:
- The wording of questions
- Question group headings
Supported response types include:
- Rating scales (1–X, up to a maximum of 10)
- Standalone checkboxes
- Open text fields
