Flexible Learning Paths Are Now Available
The Flexible Learning Path enhancements first announced in our 2026-07-08 Release Notes have now rolled out and are available to all customers.
These enhancements give admins far more flexibility to build, manage, and update Learning Paths, including:
- Mixed objective structures - combine required objectives and optional “choose N of M” groups in a single path.
- Editing objectives on active paths - add, update, or remove objectives even after learners are registered.
- Restricting events on course objectives - pin the specific events learners can choose from to fulfil an objective.
- Drag-and-drop objective ordering - reorder objectives and move them into or out of option groups.
- Refreshed learner registration and progress pages - updated to reflect the new grouped objective structure.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue in the Data Importer where mistyped ID fields, such as
courseTemplateId, were treated as strings and not processed for lookups. - Fixed an issue where Reports in a multi-company setting were saved as ‘All Companies’ even when the User only had access to their own Company.
