- Converting a course objective to an event objective now automatically registers all Learners for that Event.

- Fixed an issue in Scheduler where dragging session needs to different personnel could create a session need with a start date after the end date.
- Fixed an issue where Administrate webhooks persisted after a Docebo connection was deleted, causing them to fire prematurely during the next initial sync.
- Fixed an issue where a Classroom Event end time displayed one minute off when the start time was changed during creation from a course template.
- Fixed an issue so Account edit and Account create permissions now function as separate, independently grantable permissions.
- Fixed an issue where applied taxes were wiped from an Interest when saved if the Item had no default tax set in its pricing.
