Product Updates
- Added a content language picker to the weblink builder, so you can set a default content language and switch languages without a full page reload.
- External IDs now show as copyable xID pills on Account, Contact, Event, Learning Path and Course Template headers, expanding to one pill per ID.
- Personnel and resource requirements can now be edited per Event, so you can adjust required instructor or resource counts without changing the Course Template default.
- The Course Template content tab has a new documents table with a Missing Translations column flagging each delivery language a document has no content for.
- The communications tab now flags, per trigger, the delivery languages its communication template has no translation for.
- Global search now matches more of what people actually type, with a URL-driven results page carrying entity counts, richer cards and per-entity table views.
- A Document’s tags and categories are now shared across its whole translation set, so translations stay visible in the same tag and category views as their primary.
- Events can now be filtered and selected by Event code.
- Added a Learner Status field to the Delegate report, reporting active, cancelled and expired in line with the API.
- Imports now accept locale codes or names in the preferred locale column, with supported locales offered as a dropdown, and encoded IDs still work.
- Account merge now lets you pick the winning value for each differing field, and carries over custom field values, owner, flags and industries by default.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed batched Event imports splitting a row’s sessions across separate part-filled Events, causing failures on required fields such as external ID and time zone.
- Fixed private and public Learning Paths not keeping the correct Account.
- Fixed language pickers returning unrelated languages, so searches now match the displayed language name and only return plausible results.
- Fixed the default delivery language options not refreshing after a delivery language was removed.
- Fixed the DMS finder showing an empty listing when opened on a document without a folder, such as after promoting a translation to primary.
- Fixed the Workplace picker truncating at 50 options, which left assigned Workplaces blank and could delete them when saving.
- Fixed the Survey and Category pickers silently showing only the first page of options instead of every Survey or category.
- Fixed Account merge orphaning related records such as projects, documents, venues and pricing agreements, and merges of Accounts with child Accounts now fail with a clear error.
- Fixed malformed IDs and scalar values in API requests returning raw server errors instead of a clear invalid parameter error.
- Fixed error messages on company, bank detail, breakout group and achievement operations exposing internal database detail instead of a generic message.
