Product Updates
- Reports now expose Encoded ID and legacy ID as output columns and filters on 120 reportable entities, including Venue, matching the IDs the GraphQL API and data import tool expect.
- Ad hoc emails sent from an Event now appear alongside triggered emails in the Staff and Student communications tabs, with a read-only detail view for each send.
- The Scheduler now accepts any time when Session needs are edited manually, and supports dragging and dropping in 15-minute increments in the Hours view.
- The Planner gains combined date range and filter applying, in-progress Events on the grid, all personnel with a staff role, new personnel and resource filters, a resizable sidebar and richer Event detail.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed staff-role triggered emails not being listed in an Event’s Communications tab, and added those triggers to the tab’s trigger picker.
- Fixed cancelling or uncancelling an Event from the modern screens not updating the legacy cancelled flag, so the old calendar view now stays in step.
- Fixed DMS document promotion not following every reference, which left Learners on a demoted language in Learning objectives and in Account and Contact document tabs.
- Fixed DMS tag reports counting a tag once for every member of a translation set, which inflated row counts with identical rows.
- Fixed a batch of frontend errors across LMS, TMS, Alchemy and WebLink, including the Tasks widget, missing Event achievements and bulk contact search failing silently.
