Product Updates
- Accounts with child Accounts can now be merged, with children reparented onto the survivor, provided you hold edit rights on every moved child’s company.
- The Calendar Sync Communication Template is now visible in the UI for editing and translation, with its required merge field and the template itself protected from deletion.
- Added a
registration.deleteGraphQL mutation that soft deletes an uninvoiced Registration and its Learners, gated by the new REGISTRATION_DELETE permission. - When merging Contacts you can now choose which Contact is removed, and a warning tells you how many Events the merge will update.
- The Event overview header now lists the Learning Paths an Event appears on.
- Custom Field edits on an Event now appear on the Audit tab under their own heading, with readable before and after values.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed generated invoices showing an unnamed Learner line item for a named Learner on a Learning Path, by skipping cancelled and deleted Learner rows.
- Fixed Apply on an empty Set All cell leaving the form pristine, so clearing a Custom Field value across every delegate can now be saved.
- Fixed the delegate grid’s Custom Field validation message showing an encoded field id in place of the field label.
- Fixed the planner going blank when an Event stored an invalid time zone; the Session time label now omits the zone and other render errors show a recoverable message.
- Fixed Session and Event start and end times on the Event Audit tab displaying an hour out, so stored times are shown as recorded.
- Fixed the trigger editor dropping a staff-role audience on save; archived roles are kept and labelled “(archived)”.
- Fixed Communication Template session macros listing every Event Session, so a Learner now sees only standalone Sessions and those for their assigned breakout groups.
