Instructor Conflict Widget
Instructor conflicts have been a major pain point, occurring frequently and often impacting multiple events simultaneously, such as in cases of sick leave, or a training reschedule. Assuming the admins were able to identify the problem at the right time - another callout this feature simplifies - it is the usual drill of running reports, and manually updating each event which is a time sink and a dull task.
As a result, we’re introducing the Instructor Conflict widget to the Training Dashboard to help users quickly identify and resolve conflicts involving instructors. This tool provides decision support and suggests replacements, streamlining the resolution process for our users. For more information, check out our documentation.

Scheduler Sessions now default to being grouped for Event-level drag-and-drop.
