Retirement Notice: Legacy Sign-In Sheets
As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance our product, we will be retiring legacy sign-in sheet functionality on October 2nd, 2024.
We encourage you to switch to our improved, Customizable Sign-In Sheets, which offer the same functionality as the legacy version, with added benefits. With these new sheets, you can create and customize forms, apply different styles, and easily print or send them via email to suit your needs.
We will provide a default template for Sign-In Sheets, so you can begin using it immediately without any setup. You will also have the option to update, create new templates, and more, and we will keep you updated with further details on this transition.
New Updates to Resource Management
We have made several enhancements to the Resource page to improve the user experience:
- Time Zone Display: The ‘Time Zone’ column has been removed, and all booking times are now displayed in the user’s local time zone. The original booking times are still accessible by hovering over the row.
- Enhanced Calendar View: The calendar now displays bookings in the user’s time zone and allows you to open the related event with a single click.
- Conflict Detection: When creating or editing a standalone booking that overlaps with an existing one, a summary of conflicts will now appear, highlighting any conflicting bookings.
Fixes
TMS
- We resolved an issue where Private Event sessions were not correctly identified as private during creation.
- When duplicating an Event or a Session from the Event Outline tab, any applicable Resource Requirements that applied to the original Event/Session will now be copied over to the new Event/Session.
- When creating a Private Event from an Interest on a Sales Opportunity, the Course Template’s Session Templates will be inherited by the Event.
