In the first call, we will discuss your company, your training volume and capacity, and the technology you’re already using. If we both decide to continue the conversation, the next meeting will go into much deeper detail about your specific challenges that brought you to Administrate. The third call will be a personalised demo showing exactly how Administrate would help you.

Be prepared to answer these questions:

• How did you hear about Administrate?
• Who is your primary learning audience (internal, external, customers, partners, etc.)?
• How many total ILT and vILT events do you deliver annually?
• How many learners do you train in a year (VILT/ILT)

Just you is good, but you may invite others if you wish. We often find it’s a team of 6-12 who need to provide input, but for this call we just want to make sure that we can help solve your challenges and determine how we best make use of the broader groups’ time in future discussions.
