Defects Resolved

• LMS credentials are now automatically created when a Contact is added as a Learner to an LMS or Blended Event, if no credentials already exist.
• Fixed an issue where the Booking Contact was not set on Registrations for unnamed Learners when a Booking with an existing Private Event interest was won.
