The Scheduler now provides an improved experience for managing Resources on proposed sessions.
You can view availability and requirements, and choose to assign a resource to the entire event, a single session, or only the required sessions.
Fixes
Configuration
- Credly authorization tokens are now automatically rotated every 3 months (180 days) to enhance security. If no badges are issued within 6 months, tokens will require manual rotation to maintain functionality
CRM
- We have ensured that new Contacts now have a valid creation date set upon creation. We also back-populated the creation date for existing Contacts, based on the available Audit data
- We resolved an issue where updating a Custom Field with read-only access created an erroneous entry in the Contact history table. Previously, this entry suggested that the User had cleared the field, even though no change was made
Portals (LMS, WebLink)
- The WebLink Portal suffix is now properly validated to contain only letters and numbers
TMS
- We fixed an issue where Time Zones with non-whole hour offsets from UTC were incorrectly represented in iCal files
