What’s New?

• We have enhanced the Send Email functionality from the Manage Certificates page, where it is now possible to select a Communication template for the email.
• The Contact Accounts tab now filters out any Inactive Accounts by default. They can still be displayed by using the new ‘Display Inactive Accounts’ checkbox.
• We have exposed the ‘Registration Opens At’ field on Course and Event Report entities.
• We have exposed the ‘Registration Deadline’ columns in Reports. This exposes both the offset type (before/after start dates for eg) and the amount of offset in days.

Defects Resolved

• Fixed an issue where you could not specify individual Students on an adhoc communication for Events with a large number of Students.
• Fixed an issue where the registration table on Accounts date filter would reset after navigating between tabs making you lose your place.
• Fixed an issue where attachment file names would not show correctly in the Event Audit Log for adhoc emails.
• Fixed an issue where the adhoc email CC field would not allow you to copy/paste in a list of comma seperated emails.
• Fixed an issue where users could delete Contacts even though the Contact was assigned as Staff on any Events/Sessions.
• More Jinja template constructions have been handled and secured for preview.
  A clearer view of conditional annotations and dynamic variables has been implemented.
• Fixed an issue where you wouldn’t always be able to accurately report on delegate attendance.
• Fixed an issue where you could select an inactive account as a contacts primary account.

• Graphql now supports query of opportunities.resources.
• Graphql now supports query of learningPathLearners.
• Graphql now supports filter on the field lastUpdatedAt for the query contacts.
• Graphql now supports the field surveys on the query for events.
• A new WebLink Portal setting called splitUnnamedLearners has been added which configures whether Unnamed Learners are split into separate records or combined into one when registered through the portal. This setting will only take effect if requireLearnerDetails is turned off.

Defects Resolved

• Fixed an issue where it was not possible to sort contacts.memberships by accountName or contactName.
