Award Achievement Trigger: Control Certificate Attachments
Added a new toggle to the Award Achievement Trigger, allowing you to choose whether Certificates are automatically attached within the email. When ‘Send certificates for achievements’ is enabled, the trigger is set to automatically attach the certificate. When it is disabled, the certificate will not be automatically attached.
This provides greater flexibility in how Certificates are shared - for example, some customers use integrations to make certificates available through a learner portal instead of email. Others may delay certificate delivery to encourage post-event engagement, feedback, or additional course enrollment.
Defects Resolved
- The Control Panel icon will only be visible to Super Users.
- Fixed issue where price level transfer from Booking transitions was not properly carried over to Registrations.
- Fixed an issue where deleting Booking Workflow transitions could cause issues in Communication Triggers. Now, transitions associated with archived Communication Triggers can be deleted safely.
- Fixed issue where expiry emails were being incorrectly sent for canceled Training Passes
